MDM is not a financial services provider, an exchange, a broker, a dealer, a broker-dealer, a custodian or a money transmitter. Furthermore, MDM is not an investment or tax specialist, financial planner or retirement advisor and does not provide investment or tax advice, finance planning services or retirement planning or advice. No fiduciary relationship, broker-dealer relationship, principal-agent relationship or other special relationship exists between MDM and its clients.

Furthermore, MDM does not receive, send, transmit or hold any client investments, properties or funds. Due to strict governmental oversight, a third party custodian, Equity Trust, holds all investments or properties on behalf of MDM clients and facilitates all transactions for MDM clients.

Simply, MDM is an independent company that merely assists individuals in using the Equity Trust trading platform to self-execute their purchase, sale and/or storage of digital currencies within their own self-directed IRA and/or taxable account. This means that when an MDM client is transacting a trade, the MDM client is instructing Equity Trust to buy, sell or hold digital currency in its self-directed IRA and/or taxable account using Equity Trust’s platform. Simply, all transactions are conducted between the MDM client and Equity Trust using the Equity Trust platform, where Equity Trust, not MDM or the customer, is actually executing the purchase, sale or storage of the digital currency.

MDM does not sell or issue payment instruments or stored value; nor does it receive any monies for transmission. MDM is solely responsible for interfacing with the client to make sure that they understand the third party platform and how to use it. Once an account is set up, clients self-direct the custodian, through the platform, to buy, sell or hold digital currency
